💳 Payment Policy – NB COOPERATION LTD

Payment Methods

  • We accept payments securely via Lopay, which supports major debit/credit cards and bank payments.

  • All transactions are processed in GBP (British Pounds) unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or as agreed in the service contract.

  • For larger projects, milestone or installment payments may be arranged in advance.

  • Services will only commence once the required payment has been received and confirmed by Lopay.

Secure Processing

  • Payments are handled by Lopay’s encrypted and secure system.

  • NB COOPERATION LTD does not store or have access to full card or banking details.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Consulting fees are generally non-refundable once services have started.

  • If a client cancels before work has begun, a refund may be issued minus any administrative fees.

  • Any refund, if applicable, will be returned to the original payment method via Lopay.

Late Payments

  • For invoice-based projects, late payments may be subject to interest or service suspension until payment is made.

Receipts & Invoices

  • Clients will automatically receive a payment confirmation and invoice  once payment is completed.
